CAROLYNE HADDEN
President and CEO
A cum laude graduate with a BS in Psychiatric/Social Work and Art from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas, Carolyne started her career as a retail manager. She worked for Tom James Company selling custom clothing to local executives before beginning her recruiting career in 1992.
Carolyne left the recruiting firm in 1999 to start her own company. Following The Hadden Group's first year in business, it was nominated for the Small Business Award by its clients and was recognized as a finalist by the Nashville Business Journal. The Hadden Group also won a "Top Producer" award for the office support category, and "Rookie of the Year," and three "Million Dollar Circle" awards from the Tennessee Association of Personnel Consultants.
Carolyne is happily raising her two children. She paints, is involved with her children's schools, her church, and is as well active in a variety of community and charitable organizations.

Karen Scott joins The Hadden Group after four years in a variety of positions within the industry. Previous to having her own placement company, she was a professional recruiter in Middle Tennessee for Adecco, where she successfully placed a variety of high level decision makers. Karen attended The University of Tennessee with a major in Marketing.

Gwen Cole joined The Hadden Group in 2003 after seven years as Membership Director at the Nashville City Club and nine years as a Director for the Leukemia Society of America.She is Past President and active member of the Nashville Kiwanis Club.Gwen and her husband Bill are in the coffee business, own Spaniels and are passionate about landscaping, gardening and exploring Tennessee.

Leta Wildasin joins The Hadden Group after 6 years in legal recruiting. Previously, Leta served as the Professional Development and Recruitment Manager for the law firm Stites & Harbison, PLLC. She was a member of NALP (The Association for Legal Career Professionals), and Treasurer for RAN (Recruiting Administrators of Nashville). Leta is passionate about horses and creative writing. Leta and her husband, Mark, enjoy traveling, hiking and the outdoors.

Stacy joined the Hadden Group after working for several years in the retail industry. She attended Auburn University and is an active member of her neighborhood association where she serves as President of the Board. She enjoys entertaining in her home, running and reading.
