	Carolyne Hadden entered the permanent placement industry in 1992 when she joined a well established Nashville recruiting firm which specialized in the permanent placement of qualified office professionals. With dedication, contacts and determination, Carolyne broke almost every record the company had ever set. On numerous occasions, Carolyne was the top producer, not only for the recruiting firm, but also in the State of Tennessee. From 1992 to 1999 she consistently won the Top Producer award from the Tennessee Association or Personnel Consultants. Carolyne left the recruiting firm in 1999 to start her own company. Following The Hadden Group's first year in business, it was nominated for the Small Business Award by its clients and was recognized as a finalist by the Nashville Business Journal. The Hadden Group also won a Top Producer award for the office support category, Rookie of the Year, and three Million Dollar Circle awards from the Tennessee Association of Personnel Consultants.
